Miss Corona at breakfast was the absolute best. Her positive spirit and commitment to excellence made my day. My wife and I just finished our stay here, 2 nights, 12/13 through 12/15, and I dont often leave reviews but our stay here was special. The biggest reason was the incredible customer service from the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When we arrived there was a huge line for check in, about 40 or more people but the front desk staff made check-in smooth and quickly got everybody through and into their rooms, the food and beverage team was attentive and upbeat, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless while always greeting us with a smile. It felt like every team member cared about making our stay a great experience, and that level of consistency really stood out. It’s rare to find a place where every department delivers such high-quality service, but this location absolutely does. We felt well taken care of the entire time and left with nothing but positive impressions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay paired with outstanding hospitality. I also want to give a special thank you to John, the food and beverage supervisor, he was awesome!

Ngl, I was squabblin with my baby momma and was being petty so I turned the power off at home, like told dominion to straight turn it off bro. We ended up making up but I had to get a hotel room because they wouldn’t turn the power on until the next day. The room and the space and all of that was great, very clean, very efficient. The highlight of my stay was their breakfast. Despite my slim, girlish figure I’m low key a big back. Service and attendants were all super nice but yo, my mans JOHN BAKER! He’s like the main chef dude who makes the omelets and all of that. I asked for some grits or if he knew and my mans pointed me to where they were and told me ain’t new to this he true to this and that’s when I knew I was surrounded by good company and real people. He provided 11/10 service fr fr he didn’t even HAVE to go that hard but my dude went above and beyond and even set aside a cup of shredded cheese for ya boy. Absolutely stellar service, give this man an award. Would come back just for the brekky ya dig.

Went here for a wrestling tournament at the Hampton Coliseum. We were right around everything we needed in terms of food or shopping. A great location for anything at the coliseum. The staff were amazing and the check in was fast/easy. The room was perfect with a 2 queen suite with a living room. Also, not many hotels have a continental breakfast with chefs that prepare delicious omelette options. We will be back!

What a great experience! Blessing checked us in late in the evening. She was so nice and friendly! The room was amazing, it had a separate living room type area and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is free and they have an option of home made omelets and avocado toast. My only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was truly one of the best stays I’ve experienced! I came here for a concert at the coliseum, which was just a short 5 to 7 minute walk away, super convenient. The rooms were very nice, spacious and cozy. During happy hour, I enjoyed two complimentary cocktails along with delicious appetizers. I really like the ambiance. The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent as well, and the omelets were especially delicious. I was even granted a late check out. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Denzel was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, and he made my stay so much better from the moment I arrived. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Experiences like this are why great staff matter — Denzel is a true asset to the hotel and service like his deserves recognition!

Stayed at Embassy Suites Hampton on multiple occasions and consistently had an excellent experience. I want to specifically recognize Blessing at the front desk. I have family members in hospitality management, so I understand the level of professionalism this industry requires. Blessing truly stands out. She is consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and efficient. Every interaction has been handled with warmth and confidence. It’s refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in their role. She represents the hotel exceptionally well. I wish more people in the hospitality industry demonstrated her level of professionalism.
